Try one of the 30-minute Express Massage sessions. While a 60 - 90 minute full body treatment is typically recommended for optimal relief and relaxation, sometimes you just don’t have the time.
These shorter sessions, can help provide relief to focused areas like head, neck & shoulders or lower back, hips and legs.
